The Abyss and the Red Lady: New Frontiers at the Gate of BABBL

The threshold of the Abyss is the locale of that storied latter journey of attainment, whose first twinklings begin after union with the Angel. There are broad strokes of what such a surrender entails, and yet the task of the Abyss—namely non-attachment—can have an entirely different narrative and cast of characters from those presented in Crowley’s familiar account. In exploring the terrain of Da’ath, gate of Kether in Malkuth and child of the full Supernal, we will consider new potentialities in knowing the Red Lady of the Valley. A new formulation of her adumbration will be considered alongside an alternative understanding of her nature. And yet, any conclusions are subject to each individual’s personal experience. We always get the task we came for. Ultimately, this is a talk about how practitioners are able to link synchronicities of gnosis with research in the verification of intuitive knowing. The aim is to find your own Way and clarify what such symbols mean for you.
