Christina Deva is a crone of drones.
Through a subtle ritual of surrendering the body for the souls direct vocal and somatic expression, held by immersive looped and layered soundscapes, and use of minimal timeless world instrumentation, she unleashes raw unfiltered emotion, oftentimes curved through lyrical symbolic mythopoeia and animistic realms, in Greek & English.

Christina Deva is a Greek vocal artist who explores raw and transformative expression through the voice. Her music becomes a channel, where the body surrenders to spirit, dissolving gender, time and dualities.
Through soundscapes woven with symbolic poetry and archetypal energy, Christina invokes an animistic world where everything is interconnected. Her singing a ritual, a surrender that reveals the terrifying beauty of being alive.
