WORKSHOP

The Silence That Moves: A Tea & Butoh Ritual
In shamanic traditions,
‘The Other’ refers to the unseen realms,
entities, and spirits that exist parallel to our tangible world, accessed by the healers during rituals and journeys.
In this immersive workshop, we will journey through the interconnected realms of magic,
movement, and psychedelic exploration, blending the ancient art of Butoh with the meditative
power of traditional tea ceremony. Through Butoh’s shamanic expressive movements, we will unlock
deeper layers of consciousness, exploring the body as a vessel for magical transformation. The
tea ceremony will serve as a grounding ritual, creating a sacred space for mindful presence and
inner stillness. Together, these practices invite participants to access altered states, bridging the
mystical and the physical, and deepening our connection to the unseen forces that shape our
world.
