From the beginnings Temple Ov Psychic Youth was always intentionally on the front of the information wars. ..the information that it was sharing was important information to share. That information was taken to heart and seriously practiced by people who were involved. There was a magickal community that thrived and grew and created new magickal communities too. .. This is the story of TOPY North America.. a tribe on its own.. disowned by its own founder, left to evolve in an evolving digital reality….and evolution that created its own subcultures.. practices..rituals..heroes..and enemies.. A community that evolved, continued on and has nearly a 35 year history that still binds its members in TRUST.

Lob Instagon was the last “official” coordinator of the North American faction of Temple Ov Psychick Youth (TOPYNA), one the founder of Autonomous Individuals Network (AIN23) which followed TOPYs closure in 2004, and founder of Thee Instagon Foundation a creative based esoteric group that continues on with the work of the “23rd Current”. He holds the original archives of information and correspondence of TOPYNA from its beginnings to its end, and beyond and has been involved with the group since 1989. He is also a recognized experimental musical artist, poet, and conceptual creator.
