We are truly honored to premiere “Thy Kingdom Come” in Occulture Berlin. Here is the official synopsis of the movie:
To fight the anxiety that haunts him, a young artist decides to explore his dark side. An initiatory quest which will lead him in the footsteps of Satanism in France, from the legends of yesterday to the black masses of today.
Bio
Mathias Averty is a French indie film director and a journalist, working for the production company Les Furtifs. He has created the science-fiction series “Mad Marx” (2018) and the documentary “We are the new chimeras” (2021) dealing with Black Metal and occultism. Exploring the underground artistic scenes, he aims at defending on the screen the voice and the culture of marginal and idealistic people. In 2020, he met the members of the Mystical Alliance of Glorified Satan, with whom he shared nights of ritual. He decided to tell the story of this community of men and women through a feature-length documentary: Thy Kingdom Come (2026).
