Ximena Contla is a practitioner of ancestral healing arts, rooted in her Toltec lineage and lifelong dreamwork practice. Her work integrates quantum healing, neuro-cellular reprogramming, sacred plant medicine, and ceremonial ritual—offering a holistic approach grounded in ancient wisdom and personal experience.

Originally from Mexico City and raised near Teotihuacan, she carries the imprint of sacred landscapes and traditions. After a career in international humanitarian work, a personal healing journey led her to deepen her studies in ancestral medicine, nature-based practices and ancient cultures. As a lucid dreamer since childhood, dreamwork remains central to her offerings.
